1. Original and valid PASSPORT which must have at least one-month validity after the expiry of the visa to Vietnam and one blank page left. Please keep note of your passport details in case you might need them while your passport is with the Embassy;

2. One completed VIETNAM VISA APPLICATION FORM  with one passport-size photo affixed on the Form. Please fill the form eligibly and accurately to avoid misinterpretation and to facilitate the visa processing. You will be responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide in the Application Form;

3. If you require your passport(s) to be returned by post, please send in a return self-addressed prepaid ENVELOPE (Express post or Registered mail is recommended)

4. VIETNAM VISA FEES must be paid in cash, money order or bank cheque payable to “the Embassy of Vietnam. Vietnam visa cost is various and depensd on the length of stay and visa types, please contact the Embassy for further information from 

5. When you get the visa for Vietnam back, please remember to check all the details on the visa (passport number, date of entry, date of exit, single or multiple entry) before you travel.

Applying in person:

To apply for a Vietnam tourist visa and then get the visa stamped at arrival airport in Vietnam, please kindly see the below:

• Fill out the Vietnam visa online application with the following notices:
• Your name on passport: your name appears on your  passport must be full name
• Your date of birth: the date format in Vietnam is DD/MM/YYYY (date/month/year)
• Your Nationality or passport: the passport you are using to enter Vietnam
• Your passport number: exactly as shown on your passport and must be valid for 6 months at least from the date of arrival in Vietnam
• Date of arrival: is not necessarily exact, you can fill in with proposed date of arrival, but please be reminded that you can only enter Vietnam later, not earlier.
• Submit this completed form and make payment online
• Receive the Vietnam visa approval letter after 2 working days (normal processing) or 1 working day (urgent processing) via email & print it out
• Bring the approval letter + passport + 2 photos to the arrival airport to get your visa stamped.
